A dog can be brought. Arrival - From 15:00 to 18:00 the key can be picked up on arrival day. Departure - Departure time and returning of the key is before 11:00. Key A key will be handed out on the day of arrival and must be returned on departure day. The address for key collection will be sent when the rent is paid. Payment Payment of at least 25% of the rent is to take place by the acceptance of the rental agreement. The balance and security deposit must be paid within 4 weeks before the start of the lease. The deposit is returned to the tenant's bank when the key is returned and no later than 4 weeks after the rental period. Deposit The deposit covers the lack of delivery of key abnormally high consumption of water, electricity, etc. as well as damage caused by the tenant. The deposit assumes that the cottage left in clean condition and inventory of the house is in the same condition as at arrival. Tenant's liability for costs and damages are not limited to the deposit paid. Cancellation The lease may not be terminated or modified by the tenant. The tenant has the right, upon payment of a fee to cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the lease. 25% of the price of the agreed period is considered as cancellation fee. There will be no rent reduction if canceled later than 2 weeks before the start of the lease. Tenant's liability The tenant is obliged to treat the cottage, its furniture, fixtures and accessories placed on the property in an appropriate manner. The tenant is liable for all damages that tenant or the tenant's companions may cause. The tenant is liable for personal injury and property damage during the rental. The tenant must not mow. Mowing is organized by the landlord and the landlord's expense. The tenant must clean the lawn before mowing, whenever possible. Tenant is responsible for cleaning before departure. This includes washing the dishes, emptying the refrigerator-freezer and dustbin. Refrigerators and freezers must be left with the doors open. The main circuit breakers at the front door (3) must be turned off upon departure. All outdoor furniture should be sheltered from the rain. Force majeure The tenant is not relieved from payment of rent if tenant is prevented from using the cottage because of personal circumstances or force majeure. |
